Marketing Manager
Sydney | Hybrid | Full-time
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to take ownership of campaigns from concept and ideation through to delivery and performance measurement. You'll play a key role in balancing brand storytelling with data-driven decision making, ensuring every campaign not only looks great but achieves commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end development of marketing campaigns, from ideation and storyboarding to execution and analysis.
Oversee creative output across photo, video, and design, ensuring it aligns with brand and performance goals.
Manage budgets, timelines, and production workflows to deliver projects on time and on brief.
Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance across Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital platforms.
Drive customer growth through innovative acquisition and retention strategies.
Partner with creative, digital, and product teams, as well as external agencies, to deliver seamless campaigns.
About You
5+ years' experience in a marketing role, within a fast-paced eCommerce or digital-first environment.
Proven ability to develop and deliver creative marketing campaigns that perform.
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR).
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and creative tools such as Figma.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Creative thinker with a commercial mindset.
Proactive, collaborative, and thrives in cross-functional teams.
