Telecommunications Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications professional to manage service inquiries and provide exceptional solutions to clients.

About the Position:

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of six months of experience in phone-based Telecommunications, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
