Job Summary:

We are seeking a Telecommunications Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure timely and effective delivery of services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage service assurance processes and activities for all products and services
  • Provide support to service providers and their customers for all service assurance enquiries and escalations
  • Action calls, tickets and escalations from service providers and their customers in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of telecommunications and/or IT operational experience
  • Strong understanding of VoIP/SIP, NBN, Ethernet & Mobile technologies desired
  • Experience in contact centre environment an advantage
  • Tertiary education in a related field
  • Ability to think logically and critically about a particular problem
  • Proactive, can-do attitude
  • Demonstrated initiative and customer focus approach
