Insurance Portfolio Manager

This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of commercial and SME insurance accounts, providing exceptional client service and driving business growth.

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial and SME insurance accounts, including renewals, policy amendments, and claims management.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive premiums and coverage for clients.
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals and policy documentation.
  • Maintain detailed client records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Insurance Broker or Account Manager in the industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of commercial and SME insurance clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate insurance concepts to clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Thorough understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
  • Relevant insurance qualifications are highly desirable.
