Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

The organisation is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join their highly regarded team. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for developing and delivering evidence-based support plans within a complex support space.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure NDIS clients' goals are met using the positive behaviour support framework.
- Develop and deliver evidence-based support plans.
- Work collaboratively with the team to promote clients' quality of life.
- Assessed by NDIS as a PBS practitioner at core or above level.
- Current Driver's License.
- Full Australian rights.
- NDIS workers screening and Workers Children's Check.
- Experience within NDIS/Disability.
- Desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
- Understanding of the need for evidence-informed, client-centred care.
- Bachelor Degree in Behavioural Science, Psychological Science, or a related field.
