Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, promote, project manage and facilitate the delivery of corporate learning and development programs (online, virtual and in-person)
• Monitor, evaluate and report on the status of Learning and Development initiatives, analysing workforce data including survey responses to provide relevant insights.
• Provide sound design advice on corporate-led learning and development initiatives across the learning lifecycle to meet customer needs, best practice, and legislative & policy requirements including mandatory and corporate training.
• Partner with the Information Technology team and respective senior leaders across directorates to develop a baseline suite of training solutions for Corporate Systems, based on role-based permission and/or user profiles.
• Coordinate and prepare accurate, high quality written information including design and governance documents, learning collateral, reports, submissions, and briefing notes.
• Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders (internal and external) to meet corporate and business learning and development requirements.
• Scope and design interactive online and in-person/virtual learning solutions.
• Maintain contemporary knowledge of learning and development theory and practices to support business needs and objectives.
• Facilitate corporate training workshops (including induction) for key stakeholders to build capability, engagement and performance of managers and staff to achieve the business objectives.
• Source, evaluate and broker internal and external service providers to meet organisation and individual client's business needs. Manage procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and monitor service delivery.
• Research and analyse emerging themes and trends in contemporary learning and development best practice and make recommendations on fit for purpose solutions.
