Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Governance Analyst to join our Product Governance and Disclosure Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our product governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain integrated product governance frameworks for managed funds, ETFs, superannuation, and investor-directed portfolio services.
  • Proactively identify and analyze emerging regulatory requirements and drive changes across the product range.
  • Conduct regulatory compliance processes, including product reviews and critical assessments, and draft regulatory documents.
  • Coordinate and enhance data gathering to ensure compliance with key regulatory requirements and improve product governance frameworks.
  • Prepare regular reporting to the Product Governance Committee and Board on monitoring arrangements.
  • Assist and support new services or product initiatives with a product governance lens.
  • Develop strong relationships across the organization and with key business partners.
  • Ensure comprehensive governance-related policy and process documentation is created, maintained, and reviewed.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated governance professional with strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in implementing and managing Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO) or similar governance requirements in an investment management or superannuation context.
  • Embraces challenge, is curious, and drives relentlessly towards agreed outcomes.
  • Minimum 3 years related work experience in the funds management and/or superannuation industry.
  • Undergraduate degree in a related discipline.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to embrace continual improvement and new ways of working.
