We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Associate to join our Property Management team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service, eager to learn, and committed to exceeding expectations.

As a Business Development Associate, you will support our Property Management team by assisting with business development initiatives, cultivating relationships with clients, and helping to grow and retain our property management portfolio. This role will give you the chance to develop valuable industry experience and gain a deep understanding of property management, setting you up for future career progression.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Managing administrative tasks related to rental appraisals and property listings
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive database management
  • Generating new business opportunities via cold calling, door knocking, and targeted letterbox drops
  • Assisting landlords with communication and ensuring properties are presented at their best for the market
  • Collaborating closely with the leasing team to facilitate a seamless leasing process
  • Managing social media and marketing efforts to enhance property visibility and brand presence
  • Conducting property appointments and appraisals to support and the growth of new business for the department

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Results orientated
  • Professional phone manner and customer service
  • High level of personal presentation
  • Must have a real estate licence or be willing to have the course completed prior to start date
  • Ability to problem solve and use initiative

Training will be provided throughout all stages of your career, and new responsibilities will be introduced as the role evolves.
