About Our Job OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic leader to manage day-to-day store operations and play a key role in recipe innovation, creating new flavours, toppings, and seasonal specials.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and test new frozen yoghurt flavours, toppings, and limited-edition specials.
- Stay ahead of food trends and bring creative concepts that align with our brand and delight customers.
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring excellent service and smooth running of the outlet.
- Train, lead, and motivate staff to achieve performance, quality, and sales targets.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
- Monitor store performance (sales, customer feedback, KPIs) and implement strategies for growth.
- Coordinate in-store promotions and marketing tied to new product launches.
- Proven experience in retail or fast food management.
- Strong creativity and passion for food innovation.
