Job Description

We are a leading global manufacturer of frozen potato products, producing 1 in 4 of the world's frozen potato products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing partnerships with distributor customers across QLD, achieving sales growth and goals aligned with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure operational safety is paramount at all times.
  • Manage volume, trade investment, and gross profit Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop strategic Joint Business Plans to drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews and face-to-face customer visits to build strong relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Drive execution of Distributor Marketing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the field team to drive sales execution out of distributors.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Customer Manager or similar role is highly desirable.
  • A motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong team player with good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyse business data and create effective plans to drive business growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement change management strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools to manage and analyse data.
