Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee a team of support specialists and drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of support specialists, develop effective communication channels, and foster supportive networks.
  • Analyze problems through research and consultation, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Create procedures to enhance response times, installations, training, and problem-solving processes.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, meet deadlines, work under pressure with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, plan, and maintain accuracy.
  • Provide leadership and support to team members in resolving complex or major incidents.

Work Schedule

The night shift hours are 7:00 pm - 7:00 am, with a rotating four-day on, followed by four days off schedule. Initial training lasts six to eight weeks and takes place during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm).

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
