Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Onsite Caretaker Couple to join our team on a casual basis.

About the Role
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for performing general park maintenance, including landscaping, gardening, and basic repairs.
  • They will ensure amenities, facilities, and recreational areas are clean, safe, and inviting.
  • Manage waste disposal, monitor utilities, and maintain the overall appearance of the park.
Responsibilities
  1. Grounds Maintenance:
  • Maintenance of grounds, gardens, and basic repairs.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the park.
Reception & Housekeeping:
  • Provide exceptional guest service, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling inquiries.
  • Manage bookings using the park's reservation system.
  • Perform housekeeping tasks, including cleaning cabins and shared facilities.
  • Handle administrative duties, such as payments and reporting.
Shared On-Call Responsibilities:
  • Respond to after-hours guest needs and emergencies as required.
  • Ensure smooth park operations during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements

A motivated and resourceful couple with a passion for guest service and park operations.

Relevant experience in grounds maintenance, housekeeping, or reception is highly regarded.

Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Flexibility to work on-call and during peak times.

Basic computer literacy for managing bookings and correspondence.

Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and First Aid training.
