Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled trade professional to join our team as a Field Service Technician. This role will involve delivering exceptional technical support and maintenance services to our customers across the Canberra region.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of mobile equipment on-site at customer locations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Mobile Plant Mechanic Trade Certificate (Cert 3 Mobile Plant) complimented by your mechanical fitter qualification (HD Mechanic/ HD Fitter).
  • Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) experience, preferably with Komatsu equipment, and field service exposure, including breakdowns and diagnostics.
  • A minimum of C Class Licence.
  • Auto Electrical experience, qualifications, and diagnostic skills.
