Job Overview

Service Technician Role

This position is focused on providing expert technical support to customers, ensuring their CNC machinery operates efficiently and effectively.

  • Schedule and conduct regular servicing and repair of CNC equipment at customer sites.
  • Analyze system issues and provide accurate recommendations for resolution.
  • Identify and rectify operational failures or defects in a timely manner.
  • Deliver training sessions to customers on the efficient operation and basic maintenance of CNC machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and commissioning of new CNC machinery.
  • Provide remote technical support to customers during business hours.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in multi-axis CNC machining and electrical/mechanical trade skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
