About You

You don't need to tick every box, but here's what will set you up for success:

  • A degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or similar)
  • A desire to understand how things work—and make them work better
  • Strong communication skills - you enjoy building rapport and explaining solutions
  • A flexible, solutions-focused mindset, with a readiness to work varied hours
  • Interest or exposure to water treatment
  • A proactive attitude - you're someone who sees opportunity and takes action
