Opportunity Overview

This role is part of our international team that provides support to customers in the UK, Korea, and Turkey.

We deliver acquisition project and sustainment services including systems engineering, mission systems development, ground systems development, aircraft modification support, product support, and training.

The position can be based in Williamtown or Brisbane and involves developing and executing project plans, implementing policies, and setting operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals.
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
  • Manages, develops, and motivates employees.
  • Serves as liaison between the IPT and the broader Wedgetail AEW Mk1 team.
  • Participates in or develops mechanisms for establishing, monitoring, and integrating project elements, product configuration, and communications concerning change management processes and decisions.

You will bring programmatic, technical, and organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to build strong relationships to support our UK Wedgetail AEW Mk 1 program.

Project planning principles, project definition, design, and planning, achieving project deliverables, and optimizing resource contributions are key requirements.
