Senior Program Management Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Program Management Director to lead the planning and execution of our late-stage development program, Atacicept.

The ideal candidate will manage the development of comprehensive regulatory plans, timelines, and budgets for Atacicept while ensuring Regulatory alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Develop and execute regulatory plans, timelines, and budgets for Atacicept.
  • Act as liaison between Regulatory and other Development functions; gathering and disseminating key decisions and updates across cross-functional workstreams and activities.
  • Provide program management support for briefing documents and agency meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years of biotechnology industry experience required.
  • In-depth knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry and biologic development.
  • Experience in Regulatory and global filings.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and create new processes.
  • Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, budgets, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled at working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contractors to drive results.
