This role is a pivotal part of our university partnership team. Key responsibilities include managing inquiries from partners, ensuring service excellence and compliance with relevant standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver exceptional partnership support.
Your Contribution
- Support partner universities of the International Partnership Team
- Maintain relationships with partners and resolve issues promptly
- Stay up-to-date on our products and services
- Identify sales opportunities and update marketing materials
- Support on-site activities for partner universities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic partnership plans
- Meet performance targets and maintain high partner satisfaction
- Promote us as a preferred partner for overall student, worker, and visitor health and wellbeing
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent market experience
- 3+ years of account management and partnership experience
- Proven strategic account management capability
- Able to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
