
Leading Healthcare Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in promoting innovative treatments to healthcare professionals.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Promoting products to healthcare providers within assigned territories.
- Developing and executing territory plans to maximise opportunities for patient outcomes.
- Building strong relationships with oncologists/haematologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Reviewing customer engagement metrics to optimise communication channels.
- Providing expert knowledge on clinical data and benefits of treatment.
- Collaborating internally with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and great customer experience.
- Monitoring and analysing territory performance, market trends, and competitor activity to adjust strategies/tactics.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a specialist pharmaceutical representative or similar capacity.
- Significant experience and knowledge in the Haematology/Oncology landscape, including treatments and clinical data.
- Ability to prioritise and manage external stakeholder requests.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within and outside assigned territories.
