Comprehensive Property Management Services

You will have the opportunity to deliver comprehensive property management services across a diverse property portfolio. As a hybrid Property Manager/Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio and overseeing finance, budgets, and rent roll management.

The role requires sound understanding of property operations with knowledge of health and safety requirements and facility management principles. You will ensure building/statutory compliance and asset management, providing subject matter expertise on end-to-end property management.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication and negotiation skills who can build relationships and rapport with varied stakeholders. A current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a defined portfolio including property transitions, inspections, and compliance monitoring
  • Oversee finance, budgets, and rent roll management
  • Ensure building/statutory compliance and asset management
  • Monitor critical dates and maintain comprehensive reporting
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Provide subject matter expertise on end-to-end property management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and site contacts
  • Collaborate with the broader team to achieve account goals and objectives
Detailed Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • An Australian Citizen in order to comply with our Client's requirement to obtain AGSVA clearance
  • 3+ years' experience in property transactions and associated services
  • Tertiary qualification in Property, Real Estate, Business, Commerce, Law or equivalent
