Job Description:
  • Undertake upkeep and repair tasks for both the interior and exterior of buildings, including carpentry, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Provide efficient customer service and general repairs throughout various areas within buildings.
  • Get quotes, schedule, and assist tradespeople with required jobs, as well as identify and report major repairs.
  • Ensure safety compliance and maintain high standards of work quality.
About You:
  • Be an experienced handyman with strong attention to accuracy and detail, able to multitask, problem-solve, and work effectively in a team.
  • Hold a Construction Induction Card (White Card) and possess a Trade Certificate in Carpentry if desired.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, with a good understanding of building maintenance.
  • Show the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with previous experience in resort, commercial maintenance, remedial, and construction preferred.
  • Have a current 'C' class drivers license and be physically able to undertake the requirements of the role, including bending, lifting, and carrying.
