Enterprise Architect

This role involves leading architecture strategy and oversight across multiple domains. The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for developing and implementing business, technical, application, enterprise, and solution architectures.

  • Drive architecture vision and governance across multiple portfolios
  • Guide solution development to ensure alignment with enterprise blueprints and business goals
  • Mentor and lead architects and SMEs across programs
  • Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders to influence strategic direction
  • Oversee architecture patterns, standards, and compliance in delivery

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business, technical, application, enterprise, and solution architectures
  • Lead architecture strategy and oversight across multiple domains
  • Guide solution development to ensure alignment with enterprise blueprints and business goals
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to architects and SMEs across programs
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive strategic direction

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise/solution architecture, including 3+ years in a lead or practice management role
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., ASIC, APRA)
  • Experience leading digital transformation in wealth services, such as adviser tools, client portals, and self-service member platforms
  • Skilled in system integration across banking, investment, and insurance platforms
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery and complex vendor ecosystems
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL) highly regarded
