About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to build strong partnerships with clinicians, nurse practitioners, and pharmacists to support the adoption of our transformative lung cancer treatment. You will work closely with a highly experienced cross-functional team, leading market development and preparation for the entry of this new treatment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the market for the entry of our new therapeutic option in Lung Cancer
  • Develop a deep understanding of our patients', customers', and market needs in NSCLC
  • Map the end-to-end patient journey within key accounts to identify insights and opportunities to improve patient outcomes and access to treatment
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers to drive a successful new product launch
  • Achieve sales and activity goals for the territory and state
  • Delve into highly technical information to engage customers with compelling scientific narratives and discussions
  • Implement a Key Account Management strategy to propel the Lung Oncology business forward in your territory
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require a proven sales track record in competitive selling to hospital specialists and other stakeholders. Your ability to uncover customer needs, identify and act on insights, and adapt your sales approach will be crucial. A high level of business acumen, strategic mindset, and competitor awareness are also essential.

We value proactive individuals who can chart a path forward within new therapeutic or business areas. Your high emotional intelligence will enable you to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team. Experience working in Oncology is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
