Organizational Change Manager Role

We are seeking an exceptional Organizational Change Manager to join our team.

This is a key role in supporting clients with organisational change, helping them respond to digital driven change. As part of a global OCM community, you will work on engagements that typically last between 8 weeks and 6 months.

  • You will be part of the project team, either running the OCM workstream or being a valued member of one.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to deliver the full suite of OCM services on client initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  1. Provide consulting expertise and demonstrate a strong consulting skillset and mindset.
  2. Design and deliver high-quality client deliverables, on time and on budget.
  3. Communicate effectively with key client stakeholders and leaders with strong written and oral skills focusing on OCM value, services, scope, requirements, actions.
  4. Participate and facilitate workshops to address client needs.
  5. Contribute to project planning and estimation for projects or as part of bid teams for RFPs or proposals.
  6. Represent OCM in Client RFP or Proposal work - working as part of the team.
  7. Proactively build understanding of OCM services, value to clients with a view to building OCM capability and pipeline.
  8. Produce quality, succinct presentation documents.
  9. Support the Head of OCM and contribute to the OCM practice in areas of practice development and integration of OCM into ways of working (RFPs, Bids).
