Tech Compliance Specialist

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring engineering practices adhere to compliance frameworks and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies, plans, and procedures to meet regulatory and project-specific requirements concerning technical systems
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of engineering processes, systems, and documentation to identify potential non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and records to track compliance status and facilitate audits
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to maintain transparent communication regarding compliance matters
  • Facilitate training and workshops to enhance compliance awareness among engineering teams and project stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Compliance, Quality Assurance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance engineering or quality assurance roles, preferably within the rail or infrastructure sectors
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance strategies in large-scale engineering projects
  • Knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies, especially related to safety-critical systems
  • Certification in compliance management or risk management (e.g., ISO, PMP) would be advantageous
