Financial Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at FourQuarters Recruitment. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with day-to-day accounting transactions, including card transactions.
  • Prepare monthly accounts and reconciliations.
  • Assist with annual accounts and GST queries.
  • Reconcile bank accounts.
  • Process invoices due for payment.
  • Allocate payments.
  • Manage loan payments, including software and reconciliations.
  • Assist with payroll and other related payroll tasks.
  • Data entry.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor systems.
  • Provide support for corporate policies and procedures.
  • Update staff hardware log for office equipment.
  • Support the Investment team with administration tasks.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, including accrual accounting, reconciliations, general ledger journals, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to manage logistics in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely.
  • Flexibility and ability to work on multiple activities concurrently.
  • Ability to work productively under pressure.
  • Team player and ability to work independently as required.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Used cloud-based tools and apps, such as Xero, CRM databases, MS Suite/Outlook, and Google apps, and ensured the integrity and currency of data.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong and accurate communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, responsive, and demonstrates initiative.
  • Time management and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
