Key Responsibilities:- Assist with day-to-day accounting transactions, including card transactions.
- Prepare monthly accounts and reconciliations.
- Assist with annual accounts and GST queries.
- Reconcile bank accounts.

- Allocate payments.
- Manage loan payments, including software and reconciliations.

- Develop, implement, and monitor systems.

- Support the Investment team with administration tasks.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, including accrual accounting, reconciliations, general ledger journals, and financial reporting.

- Ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely.
- Flexibility and ability to work on multiple activities concurrently.
- Ability to work productively under pressure.
- Team player and ability to work independently as required.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Used cloud-based tools and apps, such as Xero, CRM databases, MS Suite/Outlook, and Google apps, and ensured the integrity and currency of data.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong and accurate communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, responsive, and demonstrates initiative.
- Time management and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
