Job Responsibilities:Develops and implements comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the guest experience. Manages all in-hotel messaging to guests, ensuring that all branding elements align with the hotel's overall brand identity. Coordinates and executes strategic marketing programs to achieve stated revenue goals. Liaises with key stakeholders to determine marketing needs and develop effective marketing plans. Collaborates with the on-property graphic designer to ensure all marketing materials are visually appealing and within budget. Interviews, selects, and trains employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.Benefits:
