Job Description:

Supporting People with Disability

Join a dynamic team where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disability.

As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disability to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personal plans that promote independence and community participation
  • Provide support with daily living tasks, including personal care and transportation
  • Manage medication and health support plans
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of participants at all times

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated motivation and passion for working with people with disability
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and overnights
  • NDIS Worker Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check
  • Full unrestricted Australian Driver's license
  • First aid and CPR certificate
