The role
We help people with disability become more independent, in their own homes and the community.
Responsibilities Active support: develop personal interests, provide personal care, transportation and coach independent living skills
Health support: administer and document medication and follow health support plans
Positive behaviour support: manage behaviour triggers and escalation
Safeguarding: ensure safety of you and the participant, documentation and reports
About You Demonstrated motivation to work with people with disability
Available to fulfill a rotating roster including weekends and overnights
NDIS Worker Check
Working with Children Check
National Police Check
Full unrestricted Australian Driver's license
First aid and CPR certificate

We offer Competitive hourly rate based on DSEAV Award (pending qualifications)
Salary packaging - $15,900 for general and $2,650 for entertainment
