About Our Support Professional Role

We help individuals with disabilities achieve independence in their own homes and communities.

The role involves providing supportive assistance to develop personal interests, offering personal care, transportation, and coaching independent living skills. Additionally, you will manage behavior triggers and escalation, ensuring safety for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide active support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently.
  • Offer personal care and transportation services as needed.
  • Coach individuals in developing independent living skills.
  • Manage behavior triggers and escalation situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated motivation to work with people with disabilities.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and overnights.
  • Hold an NDIS Worker Check, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, Full unrestricted Australian Driver's license, First aid and CPR certificate.
