Finance Team Member Position

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team in a full-time permanent capacity. As a Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling finance insurance and warranty products to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through the sale of finance and insurance products.
  • Collaborate with sales staff and managers to drive performance and maximise income opportunities.
  • Engage with customers to professionally present tailored finance options.
  • Prepare and submit finance applications, liaising with lenders for swift customer outcomes.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Report on finance department results and forecasts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a finance or sales role with dealership experience an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation influencing and closing skills.
  • Ambitious work ethic with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Professional presentation and written and verbal communication.
  • Commitment to superior customer service.
  • Availability to work a ten day fortnight including every second Saturday with a mid-week day off in lieu.
