Lead Security Operations Manager

Job Description:

This is a challenging and rewarding leadership role that requires strong management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve exceptional results in a secure environment.

  • Manage day-to-day security operations at a major datacenter site ensuring a safe and secure workplace
  • Supervise site-based security officers, responders, and control room staff
  • Develop team members in partnership with local stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and audit standards
  • Act as a responder or control room supervisor when needed
  • Monitor and maintain on-site security systems including CCTV, access control, etc.
  • Track performance metrics and ensure key performance indicators are met or exceeded
  • Handle documentation, incident reports, and stakeholder communications effectively
Requirements:
  • NV1 Clearance is mandatory
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in business operations is required
  • Proven track record of effective team management and leadership skills are essential
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related tools
  • Experience working in a datacenter or with security technologies is an advantage
  • Candidate must have a customer-focused mindset and be able to remain calm under pressure
