Job Description

RNR CONSTRUCTION LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Management Team, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of commercial projects, ensuring robust governance processes and effective quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Design and Delivery: Design scope of works as required to undertake effective commercial project delivery, responsible for the design and resourcing of projects based on the scope of works as supplied.
  • Estimating and Budgeting: Build project estimates and resourcing models to enable successful tendering of works, working with the Business Manager and Site Supervisors to ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time and on budget.
  • Procurement and Compliance: Overall responsibility for procurement in line with budget estimates, ensuring documentation is in line with Quality Management System and Principles, working closely with managing authorities to ensure operational site compliance, Workplace Health and Safety documentation and compliance.
  • Client Relationships: Develop close working relationships with clients, both on site and in relevant client authorities and departments, ensuring exceptional service to clients, emphasising client relationships and work to create profitable growth opportunities.
  • Quality and Safety: Maintain quality service by establishing and ensuring compliance with RNR CONSTRUCTION LLC systems and processes standards, working closely with the Management team to ensure all members are aware of safety requirements, both legislative and company policies/procedures, to provide a safe workplace for our employees.
Requirements:
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Demonstrated strong leadership, team building and advanced coaching skills, ability to work with teams and lead decision making processes in a team environment.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated understanding of the principles and applications associated with project management, excellent project management, planning and organisational skills.
  • Financial Management: Previous experience in budgeting/expense management with a thorough understanding of financial and accounting practices.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication and listening ability, ability to build strong client relationships and rapport with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
