We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at NGARE EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS PTY LTD. As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in the delivery of projects in accordance with our company's Project Delivery Platform (PDP).
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of project delivery, including cost, schedule, risk, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, while meeting both company and client expectations.
- Provide design and operating asset engineering technical capability to support the delivery of infrastructure projects.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and identify and incorporate stakeholder requirements into projects.
- Monitor progress on all assigned projects and present accurate project status.
- Understand cost and schedule performance on assigned projects and support the implementation of measures to control project performance.
- Identify and document potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage invoice management, including reviewing, issuing, and following up on client invoices.
- Monitor SCADA and undertake MOCs for operational projects.
- Provide emergency response support for operational assets.
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent and 3+ years' experience in the industry.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify critical issues, and develop strategies for delivering solutions.
- Experience in planning, scheduling, and monitoring projects, including site-based project engineering skills.
- Experience in implementing progress measurement systems and earned value management.
- Highly developed communication, team, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with AS2885 Pipeline Suite of Documents and operations of high-pressure gas pipelines in accordance with AS2885.3.
- Working within the policies, procedures, and guidelines of the company's HSE and Quality Management Systems.
