Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex projects and programs, developing working relationships, problem-solving, and driving projects to successful completion.
  • Project Management: Manage the design process to achieve client requirements, manage expectations, and review project plans and specifications.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project timelines, risks, and reporting, and manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on track.
  • Client Interface: Chair project/site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors, and manage project safety and environmental requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: A recognized degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field, such as Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management, or a relatable trade experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, ideally client-side or consulting.
  • Skills: Advanced Microsoft skills, Primavera skills, and excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team, and highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to clients.
