Senior Retail Operations Manager

We're seeking an experienced Senior Retail Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving the success of our first store.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing retail operations, leading teams, and achieving sales targets. They will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and stock management.

  • Assist the Store Manager in leading the team to meet sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the hiring, training, and development of new team members.
  • Help manage store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and stock management.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain store presentation and ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards.
  • Provide input on store performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. 1+ years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
  2. Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  3. A passion for customer service, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
  4. Knowledge of inventory management, stocktake processes, and merchandising.
  5. A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
