Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Product Expert to join our team and contribute to the success of our Mako-assisted robotic platform.

Job Responsibilities
  • As an in-theatre expert, you will provide technical guidance and support to surgeons and theatre staff during Mako-assisted procedures.
  • You will collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal use of the Mako robotic platform, driving improved patient outcomes and efficiency in joint replacement surgeries.
  • Responsibilities include conducting pre-operative CT-based planning and segmentation, as well as maintaining a high level of knowledge in orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology.
  • You will also provide ongoing training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams, promoting best practices and ensuring seamless integration of our technology.
  • Travel across Sydney and surrounding areas will be required to support multiple hospital sites.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A strong clinical background and passion for surgical innovation are essential.
  • You must be confident in surgical/theatre settings and possess excellent communication skills, able to build trust with surgeons and hospital teams.
  • Technical savvy with software and medical technology is necessary, along with adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.
