As a key clinical partner in advancing orthopaedic surgery, the Robotic Specialist will support the planning and execution of robotic-assisted hip and knee replacements using advanced surgical technology.

About the Role

The Robotic Specialist will provide real-time technical and clinical guidance to surgeons and theatre staff during procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with surgical teams to optimise patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-theatre technical and clinical guidance for Mako-assisted procedures.
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal use of the robotic platform.
  • Conduct pre-operative CT-based planning and segmentation to assist in surgical case preparation.
  • Develop and maintain high knowledge in orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology.
  • Deliver ongoing training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams.
  • Travel across Sydney and surrounding areas to support multiple hospital sites.
