Global Assignment Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Assignment Coordinator to support the coordination of international assignments.

The ideal candidate will have a background in business support services and experience in relocation industries would be particularly beneficial.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the relocation process.

  • Coordinate relocating employees, ensuring a smooth transition from start to finish.
  • Manage caseload, follow up with customers, and develop knowledge of client policies and service requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with transferring employees, provide continuing advice and support, and prepare weekly status reports.
  • Evaluate operational efficiency and recommend process improvements as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They will be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

  • Knowledge of relocation/destination services.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Empathic communicator able to see things from the other person's point of view.
Requirements

The successful candidate will be happy to deal with all suppliers and clients from small local companies to large-scale MNCs.

  • Able to get on with others and be a team-player.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Competent writer of business letters, quotations, and proposals.
  • Excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.
