We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced relocation professional to join our team as a Global Mobility Coordinator.

This role will provide essential support to our clients in managing the assignees relocating domestically or internationally.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of coordination for international assignees, delivering various assignment management services under client policies and procedures.

A day in the life of a Global Mobility Coordinator includes but is not limited to:

  • Managing the successful end-to-end execution of the relocation experience of the assignees.
  • Hosting initial briefing calls to provide professional insight to assignees on relocation services, ensuring they feel heard and informed about what to expect.
  • Providing continued communication every step of the way to assignees and their families as they move closer to their assignment commencement and throughout the assignment itself.
  • Using resources to interact with client HR on exemptions or clarifications, while also providing this information to keep assignees informed from door to door.
  • Actioning a range of relocation needs dependent on client policy, including travel and accommodation booking, insurance needs, and being the central point of contact.
  • Ensuring database accuracy and communication of information to clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Reconciling and authorizing invoices and billing needs to guarantee up-to-date cost management for both client and business.

This role requires an individual with previous experience in financial administration, preferably with bookkeeping experience. Moderate computer skills, including Outlook and Microsoft programs, are required.
