To be successful in this position:

  • You should have previous Mobility industry experience or similar industry experience.
  • You should possess strong customer service and communication skills across multiple platforms.
  • You should be a self-starter with initiative and have the drive to succeed.
  • You should be highly organized with effective time management skills to manage multiple caseloads at a single time across a number of different clients.

The Global Mobility Coordinator provides essential support to our corporate clients in managing designated personnel who are relocating for an international assignment.

A typical day in the life of a Global Mobility Coordinator includes but is not limited to:

  • The end-to-end execution of the relocation experience of our client assignees.
  • Hosting initial briefing calls and continued communication with them to ensure their relocation experience runs smoothly.
  • Handling a range of relocation needs dependent on client policy such as travel & accommodation booking, insurance needs & being the central point of contact.
  • Ensuring database accuracy and communication of information to clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Reconciling and authorizing invoices & billing needs to guarantee up-to-date cost management for both client and business.
