Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with staff to plan, prepare, and serve daily meals and beverages that cater to individual resident needs while adhering to care plans and nutritional guidelines.
  • Develop and implement menu planning strategies that showcase variety, quality, and presentation excellence.
  • Maintain accurate records of food safety practices, stock management, IDDSI compliance, staff supervision, and allergen control within the residential care sector.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
  • Diploma of Hospitality
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Health Care Competencies)
  • Prior experience as a Culinary Leader in residential care or healthcare sectors
  • Possession of a valid driver's license (if applicable)
