Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
Manage kitchen operations, stock control, and food costs.
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef (preferably in Italian cuisine).
In-depth knowledge of traditional Italian recipes, techniques, and ingredients.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
Passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
