About the Role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Northland.

This is a part-time position with 31.75 hours of work per week.

  • Lead by example by creating memorable, honest, and empowering customer connections
  • Assist in the training and development of your team to help deliver on store goals and performance indicators
  • Previous experience with the execution of Visual Merchandising in-store
  • Manage high stock volumes and be willing to process deliveries
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad-hoc tasks as required
