We are seeking a seasoned early childhood education professional to lead our team at Goodstart Bentleigh East McKinnon Road.

  • Develop and deliver a bespoke learning program in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice, tailored to meet the unique needs of our children.
  • Bolster a talented team of early learning professionals, fostering a culture of reflective practice, ongoing improvement, and collaborative growth.
  • Work closely with your team to drive business success, building attendance pipelines and ensuring revenue-generating initiatives.

About Our Centre:

  • A large, welcoming centre providing high-quality care for children from six weeks to school age, operating from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
  • A purpose-built environment prioritizing safety, featuring well-resourced learning spaces and expansive outdoor areas encouraging exploration and play.

You'll need:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
  • Proven experience in leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
  • Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
  • Strong commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management expertise.
