Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Educator, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing engaging early learning programs, fostering meaningful relationships with children and families, and contributing to a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community.
  • Designing and implementing innovative early learning programs that reflect current best practices in early childhood education.
  • Documenting and sharing children's learning and development with families.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development and learning opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed Certificate III (or working towards).
  • Prior experience in long day-care or a similar setting.
  • Sound knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Current Working with Children's Check (for VIC state).
  • Ability to work part-time 22.5 hours per week.
