Early Childhood Educator Roles - VIC

We are seeking experienced and imaginative Early Childhood Educators to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a true passion for Early Childhood Education & Care, be driven by the love of inspiring curious young minds, and have the imagination to transform everyday objects into fun and valuable learning tools.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive space where children thrive. This will involve conducting safety checks, communicating with families, recording children's progress, routines, and interests, and implementing play-based learning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging play-based learning activities that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Experience in engaging children through activities such as exploring, making potions, and singing.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current and valid Working with Children Check.
  • First Aid and CPR certificates, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
