About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to specialise in Graphics and Fleece product categories.

Reporting directly to the Head of Product, your primary responsibility will be to deliver cohesive and trend-driven ranges that resonate with our customers.

You will conduct thorough post-seasonal reviews to shape future range strategies and capitalise on growth opportunities.

Applying a deep understanding of customer preferences, brand identity, and market trends, you will play a crucial role in strengthening and elevating our brand DNA.

Key aspects of this role involve setting strategic direction for product ranges to align with commercial objectives, working closely with all Brand teams to ensure a standout product experience.

As a leader, you will guide your Buying team in fostering effective supplier partnerships for timely and efficient production processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Degree in relevant field (i.e. Buying)
  • Extensive experience in a similar Buying Manager role in retail or fashion within Womenswear
  • Strong expertise in Senior Graphic Design – particularly within Menswear
  • Ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
  • Proven high level of commercial negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills to drive change through best practice and delivering results
  • Demonstrable analytical problem-solving and research skills to identify and implement creative solutions
  • High-level organisation and planning skills
  • Established leadership skills to develop and support the team
