About the Role

This position involves collaborating with senior leadership to shape product ranges that drive commercial objectives. A key focus is on fostering effective supplier partnerships to ensure timely and efficient production processes.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a similar Buying Manager role within Womenswear, along with expertise in Senior Graphic Design. They should be able to engage and influence senior business leaders and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct post-seasonal reviews to inform future range strategies
  • Guide the Buying team in developing key products that resonate with customers
  • Set strategic direction for product ranges aligned with commercial objectives
  • Cultivate effective supplier partnerships for efficient production processes

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in relevant field (e.g., Buying)
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to drive change through best practices and deliver results
  • High-level organisational and planning skills
  • Established leadership skills to develop and support teams
