Senior Product Development Lead

We are seeking a Senior Product Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of new products and services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to drive innovation and growth within our organization.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in product management, with experience in developing and launching new products and services. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of new products and services
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans
  • Developing and managing product roadmaps, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Providing leadership and guidance to junior product managers and other team members as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in product management, preferably in a senior or lead capacity
  • Proven experience in developing and launching new products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
